Holiday Closures
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day of the 2024 year. We will be open on New Years Eve and New Years Day.
Reservations / Large Groups
We do not offer reservations for any party size. We have five seating options inside that are available on a first come basis. In the summer months, we have three additional seating options on our front patio. We allow groups to send one person ahead to save a table if necessary. We are not well situated for groups of four or more.
Private Parties
If interested, email us at vincenzospizzapdx@gmail.com. Due to the size of our restaurant, private parties require us to be closed to the public so options are limited.
Patio Seating
Once the weather regulates, outside seating is available. Generally speaking, this means May through October we have outdoor seating available only. Dogs are welcome on the patio.
Dogs
Per Oregon state health laws, only service animals are allowed in restaurants and food establishments. In the warmer months, we offer outside seating where dogs are permitted. Please try to avoid bringing your dog inside to place orders or pick up orders.
Pizza Styles
We offer two pizza styles. Our hand tossed option is a thinner pizza style most similar to a New York style pizza. Those are available in 12 or 18 inches. Our sicilian style is a thicker, pan raised pizza. This comes as a 12 x 12” square. A full slab is the full 12 x 12” pizza, whereas a half slab is a full slab cut in half, 12 x 6”. Please note, we do not offer half and half options on our sicilian pizza.
Allergens - gluten
We make a gluten free dough for those with a gluten intolerance. This dough shares an oven with our standard pizza dough that touches flour. All pizza will touch the same stone in our oven. For this reason, we do not recommend eating from our establishment if you have celiac disease.
Allergens - oil
We primarily use olive oil. All oil base pies and any time an item is topped with oil, it will be olive oil from Italy. We use canola oil when making dough to prevent sticking, so all dough will come in contact with canola oil prior to being baked. We do not use vegetable oil.
Allergens - nuts
We try our absolute best to prevent any cross contamination, but we do have nuts on site that we use in sauces and on pizza as a topping. Please let us know of your allergen when ordering.
Allergens - other
There is an allergen key listed at the bottom of our menu. Each item has a list of possible allergens attached to it. Please note, we use garlic and tomato in a number of our sauces. For further questions, email us at vincenzospizzapdx@gmail.com or call us during business hours at 503-281-9008.
Vegan
Our dough recipe contains eggs. We make a separate batch of eggless dough each week for those seeking a vegan dough option. This is offered in the 12” size only. There are no vegan sicilian pizza options at this time. When ordering online, please additionally select if you want vegan cheese. We use the Numu brand out of Brooklyn, New York. There are no nuts used in this alternative cheese. Our gluten free dough also contains eggs.
